Pros

Remote. That’s truly the only good thing I can say about this company.

Cons

This company has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. They consistently increase the workload without increasing pay. The systems that they have us use are not fully fleshed out and have consistent problems resulting in us not being able to do our job. There is absolutely no training whenever they add more to our workload and then get upset when we are not productive enough, even though most of the time it is because we are trying to learn our new job that they will not train us on. And last year they laid off half of our support organization without warning. And then here we are 13 months later and they have done it again. After promising us that they would never do that again. Their CEO is useless and ignorant on how to run a business and instead relies on the consultation of random employees who he then fires when the rest of the company is upset over the decision they made. Do not ever work for this company. They do not care about you and will do whatever they can to keep making money.

Pros

Fast growing company, incredibly engaged founders, most of the people that work here are fantastic people, little to no egos, everyone has one purpose in mind and its to see this company succeed. Peak season is a great view of how strong the company culture is at Veho: The boots on the ground initiative that happens every year truly shows how everyone is invested in Veho's success

Cons

It would be fantastic if the company matched 401-K contributions. Other than that there are no notes on my end, this is truly a fantastic place to come to work.

Pros

There are no pros for Veho at this point!

Cons

Veho needs to consider the satisfaction or rather dissatisfaction of the independent contractors who deliver their packages! On Sunday, July 19th, I took a four hour route for $120 in Atlanta. I waited in a car line for TWO HOURS, then another half hour once inside the hub to have my route brought to me so I could try to fit it into my car. That took another half hour! The four hour route turned into TEN HOURS when all of the waiting and unresponsive customers are taken into account. Several customers who live in gated communities were slow to respond or one never responded at all. Once I returned that package on Monday, I became eligible for “instant pay” but here we are on Wednesday and I’ve received NO MONEY. AND you want to score me because I didn’t finish on time?!? Really???
