Pros

Weekly pay and Amazing co-workers

Cons

The management staff on up sucks. No way this company is still in business. Management to the CEO should be shut down. They love telling people they operate based on the book Radical Candor but I wonder if they’ve actually read the book? You have monthly company wide meetings and encourage the employees to ask questions but you give the same exact vague answer to avoid the real problems. You’re messing with people’s livelihood. Let go of 100 + employees recently with no explanation and no warning and did the exact same thing less than a year ago and promised it would never happen in that unprofessional manner again. People have family and households to maintain. Your management discusses other employees personal and health issues that are private with others and you should be sued. It all made sense why some of the higher ups with morals and values randomly left throughout this summer. I don’t blame them. They didn’t want blood on their hands.

Pros

Fast growing company, incredibly engaged founders, most of the people that work here are fantastic people, little to no egos, everyone has one purpose in mind and its to see this company succeed. Peak season is a great view of how strong the company culture is at Veho: The boots on the ground initiative that happens every year truly shows how everyone is invested in Veho's success

Cons

It would be fantastic if the company matched 401-K contributions. Other than that there are no notes on my end, this is truly a fantastic place to come to work.

Pros

There are no pros for Veho at this point!

Cons

Veho needs to consider the satisfaction or rather dissatisfaction of the independent contractors who deliver their packages! On Sunday, July 19th, I took a four hour route for $120 in Atlanta. I waited in a car line for TWO HOURS, then another half hour once inside the hub to have my route brought to me so I could try to fit it into my car. That took another half hour! The four hour route turned into TEN HOURS when all of the waiting and unresponsive customers are taken into account. Several customers who live in gated communities were slow to respond or one never responded at all. Once I returned that package on Monday, I became eligible for “instant pay” but here we are on Wednesday and I’ve received NO MONEY. AND you want to score me because I didn’t finish on time?!? Really???
