Good company with good people, Laid back culture but keeping up with new era. Great community within that makes people stay for longer tenure by establishing the amazing connection. Company does lot of activities for employee engagement year-around and appreciates the contribution.

Cons

It can take long time to get certain things done due to layers of approval. Management decision making can be faster and open.

I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.
