Pros
Salary is decent Insurance is paid for the employee
Cons
Insurance for families is sky high! 2owners...one is pompous sales guy and the other knows his stuff, but doesn't stand up to the other. He will provide double talk, and not stand behind his word. Tools needed to do your job are either not available or not licensed properly Infrastructure is hanging on by a thread with customer data being shared. PCI compliance is a joke. Writing iOS apps, and are not properly licensed. They push customer apps via Worx to by pass certain issues. They sell customers a remote solution that is unstable They say all the right things, but never produce. Only deal with mom and pop shops yet they tell their customers they are global If you are not in the clique, you will not succeed here no matter your skill set. CEO is bipolar and is disconnected from what is going on No HR department You get 10 days off per calendar year and that is sick and vacation. Even if you are salaried every hour you are out of the office counts against your 10 days Blames prior employees for everything wrong at the time Only certain people get offices, especially if you are female. Ex panthers cheerleader that assists sales team has an office. No one has a clue what she does Entire sales team has no clue .... Has work at home policies for a select few Handbook has 2 full pages of rules regarding social media, yet the company doesn't have a social media presence Website has nothing, go look! Only puts women in the revolving door of management. If you are a company that wants to do business with them ask a lot of questions, as they want to act like a big company but behind the scenes they aren't ready They bought a huge building almost 2 years ago and have yet to even break ground on moving in. They had every excuse as to why they haven't moved in, while people barely have a place to put their things on a desk. Now it's the pink elephant in the room! Very poor leadership and guidance, as it changes from day to day Inconsistent messages provided across both owners. They have argued and have been heard threatening to beat each other up. Parking is at a minimum People get fired for ridiculous things while some can get away with all kinds of things If people weren't scared of losing their jobs they would report more issues Morale is blamed on management team yet the decisions are made from the top. Creativity is non existent. You walk the walk exactly like they want or you are out CEO is like a bitter scorned child You will most likely not move up, or even make a lateral move here. Very few are able to change roles, and it's the same people getting these positions No value to the employees via action. If owners think something is going wrong, you may attend a meeting that's a pep talk, rather damage control, then it's business as usual. There may be 3 employees that aren't Caucasian, except in support.
