The residents and the pay. Always advancement opportunities because whoever advances usually gets let go which opens another opportunity for someone else

Cons

Management, constant changes in management, no accountability causing a toxic work environment, no management in sight - just threats of suspensions and firings for not following rules that nobody is actually made to follow. A joke
