Pros

PTO hours. Can’t keep staff so you can basically call off and be late as much as you want. No one seems to be getting disciplined for it anymore

Cons

Does not care for clients well being nor their staffs well being. Giving raises and paying staff with 3+ years .10 more than a new person coming in.
