Pros

There are opportunities for growth and to be in leadership roles and to push yourself to do the best you can in sales.

Cons

I would not work here again. I personally was getting bullied by one of the employees and I spoke to the HR person about the harassment I was experiencing and the next day I get let go because I contacted HR. Victory only protects people who do really well at the job and they only protect the higher ups in charge. They do not really care about the employees, also the hours are long. You have to be in at 8-8:30 am until 6-6:30. They say the pay is good but the pay is essentially minimum wage.

Pros

Great work-life balance with plenty of time to yourself, good office culture (not too restrictive or dramatic), good pay

Cons

Work hours are random and not guaranteed, and sales is not for everyone, it's commission based

Pros

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Victory Home Remodeling, I’ve had a front-row seat to the growth and transformation of this company over the past several years. What stands out most is the commitment to people, development, and creating opportunities for employees to build meaningful careers. Victory is a company that rewards hard work, accountability, and results. There is a strong culture of recognition, collaboration, and support across departments. Leadership is accessible, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed both personally and professionally. From a recruiting perspective, it's rare to find an organization that is so committed to internal growth and investing in its people. We've built career paths, leadership opportunities, and development programs that allow team members to advance quickly based on performance and impact. The pace can be fast, and expectations are high, which creates an environment where motivated individuals thrive. Those who embrace the culture, remain coachable, and take ownership of their results have tremendous opportunities for advancement. What I'm most proud of is the team we've built. The people at Victory genuinely care about one another, celebrate wins together, and work toward a common mission of improving homeowners' lives while building successful careers.
