The company itself lies to you when it says you can transfer to any department, once you ask they tell you to wait a few months, once those months end they tell you to wait some more, they will always keep pushing it back. The biggest lie was being told that everyone there will help you, they don't, they just say they do and when you fail they pretend they weren't involved at all.
