Pros

There are a lot of pros of working for VHR. The biggest pro for me is the energy as soon as you walk in the door. Even just walking in the BellWorks building you can feel that something very special is happening here. The vibe at Victory is nothing but welcoming and supportive. When I sat down for my interview I immediately felt a sense of belonging because everyone was saying hi to me and making me feel included. There are not enough positive things I can say about the vibes here and how welcoming everyone has been.

Cons

I honestly don’t have many cons to say about Victory, so far everything that I’ve experienced here has been positive.

Pros

See how you react when the tough gets going

Cons

Coming in you won’t be able to follow up, where most sales people make most their money, even after a 2+hr presentation plus the time you spent driving. If a sale gets canceled nobody could tell you why. This could be because they have senior representatives that if they save a cancel get all the commission and remember you will be strictly commission as a sales rep.

Pros

You develop confidence, good cardio, you get good conversations with different people every day.

Cons

The entire thing is a lie, you are lying to people when you go door to door. The company says it stands for honor and transparency but the first thing you say to customers is all lies. The company itself lies to you when it says you can transfer to any department, once you ask they tell you to wait a few months, once those months end they tell you to wait some more, they will always keep pushing it back. The biggest lie was being told that everyone there will help you, they don't, they just say they do and when you fail they pretend they weren't involved at all.
