Working at Victory Home Remodeling as an SDR has been a really positive experience, especially because of the training and team environment. The training is genuinely amazing—it’s very hands-on and pushes you out of your comfort zone in a way that actually builds real confidence fast. You start to feel ultra confident speaking to people, handling objections, and carrying conversations naturally, which are skills that translate far beyond just this role. On top of that, everyone at the company has been super welcoming from day one. The culture doesn’t feel intimidating or cliquey, and that makes a huge difference when you’re learning something new. Being around such a driven, high-energy team also keeps you motivated and constantly improving.

There are a lot of pros of working for VHR. The biggest pro for me is the energy as soon as you walk in the door. Even just walking in the BellWorks building you can feel that something very special is happening here. The vibe at Victory is nothing but welcoming and supportive. When I sat down for my interview I immediately felt a sense of belonging because everyone was saying hi to me and making me feel included. There are not enough positive things I can say about the vibes here and how welcoming everyone has been.
