Pros
To begin, There are more Pro's than I can honestly count. I found Victory some point years ago and didn't expect much to begin with however as my time here went on I came to a realization that this company is going to change the world. I have had the privilege of being deeply rooted in Victory at its core and there is genuinely nowhere I'd rather be. From the top of the ladder with our incredible owners who drive the amazing culture down to the newest SDR every single person within this company has an aligned goal to create the cutting edge of home remodeling in the United States. I have never in my professional life had the opportunity to work for a company with SO many people who truly pour 110% of themselves into everyone and everything that we do here at Victory. If you take away from this only one thing, I want it to be this- Victory is built off of the courage to begin and the determination to endure so success is only inevitable, this company is truly going to change the world- I urge you to take the leap and be a part of history and the best remodeling company in the US.
Cons
The only Con I can speak of is the fact there is not more I can do to help Victory grow even faster.
