Pros
Kind of hard to note good reasons for this Particular position. Perhaps the notable this is you get a dollar/hr raise a year. The managers are nice initially but, they start to downtalk workers after a while.
Cons
The warehouse gets hot. No ac's. Workers worked hard and constant. Pretty much slave work. Plenty of back breaking work for the summer helpers on the factory floor. Long days, part time not offered.
