Pros
Excellent place to work, overall good people in management and customer service. An owner who genuinely cares about his people and the product. Extremely proactive in safety awareness and facilities are always kept in top condition. Good benefits and PTO for its work force. If you work, they will notice, and you will be rewarded for that effort. Yearly end year holiday bonus always a major plus.
Cons
Not a place for an impatient young person looking to make high dollars quickly.

Currently as it stands there are no current "Pros" of the job that exist any more.
Cons
New Plant Manager seems to have no idea what he is doing, constantly changing expectations. Manager errors and new demands cause poor performance reviews and ever smaller raises. Base Salary is pretty bad, no loyalty for longevity. Moving up in the company does not grant you a pay adjustment for new responsibility, went from assistant supervising production floor filling, to production planning and only got a dollar raise, even after a year i only got an additional 50 cents, which only left me getting payed roughly 39% below the industry average.
