Pros

The company has the potential to be a good company.

Cons

HR is not actively present and is run by finance. Health benefits are the bare minimum. Policies change pending who you are in the company and how HR feels. Culture is "Good Ole Boys Club" and is heavily encouraged. Communication is non-existent, along with any type of training. Employees are not empowered, management is very restrictive, micro-manages, and stifles then blames employee for poor performance. Employees are looked at as headcount and is communicated that they are headcount.

Pros

Nice people. Good pay. People stay there a long time

Cons

A few bad people make it a difficult place to work. Conservative. Slow moving. If you are a "go-getter"...you're better off someplace else as you will feel hamstrung here. Change is avoided.
