- Beautiful new office with snacks and drinks galore - Use the technology you want, if you can justify using a tool or language, you can use it - Flat management structure means you get lots of chances to influence the company's direction - Flexible work arrangement with options to travel back to the office to see the rest of the team means you can work where you want but stay connected on a regular basis
Cons
- Benefits (medical, dental, vision) could be better, no 401(k) match - Lack of structure can be difficult for more junior employees
