Pros
Virtru has everything you could ask for in an employer, starting with a great leadership team. From day one it was very obvious that Virtru's leadership team believes in the power of growing and developing it's employees - something you don't find in many companies. They truly care for the well-being of their employees and genuinely believe that Virtru is a sum of all of its parts. A true "team first" organization. Each functional team is full of incredibly smart, driven, and successful individuals that you'll likely end up hanging out with outside of the office as well.
Cons
Not much to say here! It's a startup so the company is still figuring things out like processes, strategy, logistics, etc., but they are very agile and rely heavily on employee input to make it a fun and effective working environment. They do a really great job of addressing problems (big and small) as they come up.
