Mission - giving individuals and enterprises privacy and control over how their information is accessed and used Product - addresses an acute, important need, and is surprisingly easy to use Culture - smart, driven people (without smugness or ego) that demand excellence and have fun in the office (which is one of the top offices in DC - sleek modern design, boundless coffee / caffeine options, plenty of snacks, catered lunches 2 days a week) Opportunity - venture-funded, high-growth company with a TON of potential.

Cons

Workload and pace - may be too intense, demanding, or offbeat for some legacy tech business folks
