Mostly good people. Flex work hours. Unlimited PTO. Interesting work+industry.

Cons

No strategic thinkers in exec leadership. Almost no diversity in exec leadership. Product team is the long pole and has been for months. No real approach to making company shifts. Culture changing for the worse. No 401k match.
