Pros
Found none after 7+ years of my career with the company.
Cons
Many, but to name a few - - Work/Life balance - it is non-existent. Managers/Directors lack empathy. - Moment you are released from a project, your notice period starts. You have exactly 3 months to find next project. After 2 months without a project, HRs would compel, force you to resign formally (not in the system but on email) after which you have just 1 month more in the company to find next project. - Employee benefits - way below par in the industry - As with many other core IT services companies, growth potential is entirely dependent on your managers/directors. If you cling onto a right person (meaning one who holds authority), you could easily grow both monetarily and rising up in the ladder. - It is much more like a labor treatment wherein you must enter time in the system and follow up with your manager to approve it. If you miss entering time, you would continue to get mails for the "Loss Of Pay" and might also face LOP in ongoing month's salary.
