Pros

Excellent Work Culture: Supportive and friendly managers and team members. · Great Work-Life Balance: The company respects personal time and prevents burnout. · Positive Work Environment: Collaborative and enjoyable day-to-day atmosphere.

Cons

Cons (Extremely Bad - Focus on HR) · Complete HR Failure: The entire HR function is utterly broken and provides zero value. · Incompetent HR Business Partners (HRBPs): Completely useless. They are unresponsive, offer no strategic support to teams, and fail to handle basic employee issues. · Worthless Corporate HR: The central HR team is a black hole for requests. Policies are poorly designed and communicated. · Negligent HR Immigration Team: Inept and dangerously slow, creating unnecessary risk and stress for employees relying on their support. · Universal Incompetence: The incompetence is not isolated; it is consistent across all levels, from junior staff to HR Vice Presidents. · Massive Waste of Resources: The entire HR department functions as a financial drain on the company, offering no return on investment.

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects. Exposure to modern technologies and diverse client environments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and creates a lack of trust. Workplace culture suffers from poor communication and limited collaboration. Employee feedback is often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change. Career growth and recognition are inconsistent and heavily dependent on management. Work environment can be stressful, with employee well-being receiving little attention. Leadership within Connected Commerce is a major concern. The LOB lead's management style is often perceived as disrespectful, dismissive, and overly controlling. Employees may feel uncomfortable expressing opinions or raising concerns, leading to low morale and reduced engagement. Rather than fostering a culture of trust and empowerment, the leadership approach contributes to a negative and demotivating work environment.
