Poor company practices - Anonymous employee VitalCore Health Strategies Employee Review

The leadership team is corrupt with never ending false promises. They enjoy using hardworking employees in the fire to use as scapegoats. There is never a straight answer, always "we'll get back to you" and they never do or act like they have never head your previous request. Benefits are horrible, pay is lopsided. While they manage healthcare in the prison system, it seems like some of the leadership team is corrupt and should be investigated for fraud, kickbacks and poor practices.
