They give bad seeds too much leniency. An employee was caught stealing from another employee's locker on camera and there was limited to no repercussion. That same employee was rude to fellow employees and insubordinate on multiple occasions and still no repercussions. Took a month or more of this behavior before she was terminated. All this even AFTER being caught on camera stealing.
