High stress job due to the expectation that you lead the MH department while also working as a clinician on your team . This slowly turned into functioning mostly as a clinician and not having the ability to fully utilize supervisory skills and capabilities you were hired for . The work culture is toxic and there are unrealistic expectations placed on you by upper management and those you supervise. Lots of scapegoating and bully behavior by other staff in the department.Not much room for advancement.
