Pros

Employees are very nice and friendly, flexible hours with the option to work from home.

Cons

The company does not encourage career development and does not provide opportunities for employees to attend meetings. Managers just become managers - absolutely no training provided on how to manage people. A lot of internal meetings but most of them are policy-related and not very useful for helping customers. Company changes its vision and branding almost every single year, and there is no focused vision and mission.

Changes occur often but they typically are for the betterment of the company; to grow and be the Nation’s Largest Healthcare improvement company

Pros

BCBS Health Insurance. HSA account. Friendly colleagues for the most part. Lots of PTO days. Decent total comp package.

Cons

High chance of stress and poor work life balance in the following roles: Category Managers, Contract Managers, Portfolio Executives (experience was shared by colleagues in these roles). Seeing a lot of people leave the company. Didn't hear of lay offs so the departures were probably voluntary. Company mostly hiring because many people leave the company so career opportunity is good if you want to role the dice. Decent amount of benefits, but hard to use them when you are always working long hours to stay afloat.
