Pros

I enjoyed the challenge and variety my position offered.

Cons

Be ready for office politics. The more seniority the worse they are to work with. Always want the credit, but don't want the hard work. Senior sales employees were constantly praised in front of all when they had no progress to deserve it. Long hours with low compensation.

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
