A sinking ship....

Pros

After being here for awhile a nice thing is the flexibility in taking time off.

Cons

Unfortunately there really is no room for growth. Over the last year we have seen people being forced to retire after being with the company for 30-40 years. Employees are not valued. You are constantly being told if you don't like things then leave. Poor compensation plans, pay is lower than what the market is paying. No raises in years. Micromanaged. It's all about reports. Environment is not motivating and not team oriented. Good tenure employees are leaving quickly. There used to be a family vibe to the company which was really nice but that doesn't exist any more.

Pros

Great place to work if you are a young male and want to get promoted / paid well without working hard.

Cons

Long term employees treated poorly; no raises ever;management is pathetic and seem to have no direction;poor communication;archaic approach to business;managers do not know how to motivate or lead teams

Pros

Worked with some great people throughout the entire organization at all levels.

Cons

Change in CFO/leadership has led the company into a down world spiral resulting in layoff a HUGE portion of very very talented individual. The shift in culture and leadership is very devastating For those that aren't directly impacted with layoff I'm certain in the next few months people will start jumping ship, loosing even more key players for your organization.
