Pros
There are some great people that work there. I want to clarify some.
Cons
Only focused on bringing in money to the company. Doesn’t care about the employees. No processes or procedures. No team work only backstabbing by everyone since they are so stressed to sell and bring in more money. Company emails from upper management are like going on an emotional rollercoaster ride, here is what you are failing at but here is what you are doing well but let’s end with go get more $$$. No defined performance metrics to work towards, no defined how to do your job if you are new to the Staffing Industry. Management feels employees are dispensable and they will get someone in there to do it.
