Pros

Commissions can be nice when the recruiters actually fill your jobs. However, Volt easily loses clients to due to a weak back office and corporate infighting.

Cons

Branches need a facelift. There is constant turnover, and there is much certainty with financials. Recruiters and BDMs don't get along and VOLT hires managers with no experience with creates dysfunction.

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
