The benefits are lacking. Health insurance is very over priced, standard two weeks vacation. Salary employees get 10 days of sick leave but in house hourly only get 5. They offer 10 paid holidays a year. Volt does not offer raises or wage increases. They require yearly performance reviews but don’t offer any sort of incentive or raise if you do well, making the performance reviews unnecessary. Be prepared to stay at the rate you’re hired on at unless you switch positions. The culture is also lacking and is not a fun company.
