Very unethical - Recruiter Volt Information Sciences Employee Review

Management is very unethical. During the holidays, managers are given 1.5 weeks off, while even recruiters with several years at Volt are given only Christmas day, and left to fight among themselves about who will work Christmas eve. Requests for additional days off are typically denied. During this time, managers occasionally call in to demand updates and remind recruiters the they should be working hard, while management enjoys their ten day paid holiday. It's a very sad way to treat people who work hard for the company, to say the least.
