Pros

Hired "temporarily" with a great company for almost 2 years. Volt allowed me to get a fooot in the door. Ability to manage myself within our department without too much interference from Volt as an employer.

Cons

They take WAY too much cut on each paycheck (20%), especially considering I found the position I'm currently in. After 1 year, Volt had NO idea what I even do everyday, and very little vacation is given (stays the same even after tenure), among other limited benefits. What are they doing for their 20%?

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
