Pros

The management staff was very nice and accommodating (Texas). This might depend on your location. Pay was always on time and you're bound to make friends with other temps. You can take your vacation/free days without issues from management.

Cons

Pay is below standard. No bonuses. Long hours. Again, this will vary based on location and position. If you are also looking for benefits, look elsewhere.

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
