Pros

Good starting salaries, access to up to date technology and software. Training was facilitated by the actual client instead of the agency which is a plus.

Cons

Communication with upper management was limited. There was no advancement opportunites, limited benefits and the benefits offered were very expensive. There was no vacation or sick time given.

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
