Pros

Decent starting wage. Not a bad job for someone just out of school to get their feet wet in the industry.

Cons

Only promotion possible is to level 2. Pay for current employees was cut 10% a few years ago, and has not been reinstated. After being there over 4 years, I'm making less than when I started. Time off is not paid. (You do get a check for a weeks pay after work hours total a year)

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
