Pros

quick to find contract positions quick to hire - very little paperwork friendly, eventually helpful little interaction with volt recruiters or reps (no micro-managing)

Cons

Horrible Benefits - not worth signing up Pay is way below average - experience is not acknowledged - start at the bottom Not sure if there is any opportunity to move up No vacation Wish I would have stayed with Aerotek - they just didn't have any openings at the time. Really like the job I'm doing now - but will be looking for something with better pay and benefits

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
