Business Outlook
Pros
We were asked under prior CEO leadership to give up 4.4% of our pay to stave off layoffs (we did it for the good of the company). We have sold off multiple companies and put money in the bank. We have sold off real estate investments, and put money in the bank. We have now hired-on massive amounts of back-office staff. It would seem we can afford more.
Cons
Those loyal employees affected have NEVER been repaid our 4.4%, yet both our former leadership teams (per SEC reports) took multiple massive bonuses during their tenure on top of already high $$ pay checks. The 4.4% affected "loyal" employees also never received pay raises for multiple years in a row...so we have given up a lot to save the company
