Pros

Volt has been in the staffing industry for decades and has rode the waves, the ups and downs of the economy, the industry and changes to the internal organization.

Cons

Covering the US nationwide, it makes it difficult to provide equal support to all internal teams. Beginning stages of consolidating systems and processes with "sister" companies; can be challenging until all are integrated.

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
