Direct managers were great to work for/with. We had clearly stated goals and targets.

Cons

There was a lot of change in Sr. Leadership and structure throughout my tenure with Volt.

Pros

Opportunity to meet and work with amazing people and client companies

Cons

They do not match 401k, you need to find your own coverage to use PTO. Operations is always the scapegoat when something goes wrong. Employees in any department that are not sales are undervalued and under compensated. Nepotism is huge at this company. No job security, layoffs every quarter.
