Cons
Contract work is not for everyone. Because of the nature of contracting, an assignment is not always possible. Working in the staffing industry can be a challenge. As the economy struggles many companies implement hiring freezes. Work/Life balance can be challenging at times. When big projects pop up you will be expected to step up to the plate, but you will be rewarded for your work.
