Pros
Interviewing, hiring process, onboarding, etc. were are very professional and easy. The people are amazing that help you with all of these things. Pay is pretty good and stability is great. If you can be placed with the right company you can have a great job here for many years.
Cons
I've been working here for several years now as a contractor. They were very helpful and friendly at the start and continue to be whenever I engage with them but they are pretty hands off. Perhaps if I reached out to them more it would be different but if you are looking for a contracting agency that is constantly trying to place you in better roles this may not be the place. If you want something steady then this is a great place to work. One other major downside is not very much vacation.
