Pros

Great stability with zero layoffs in 70+ years. Huge focus on people experience and engagement which is refreshing. I really like the collaborative culture and the company’s values (which are actively practiced and not just posters on the wall). There are also tons of opportunities for me to learn and grow.

Cons

To maintain job security, headcount is lean, so employees often wear many hats.

Job security feels solid - company has longevity. 401k.

Cons

Leadership is pretty unremarkable in actually offering leadership. Nobody really has industry expertise either. Salaries are on the low side. The bonus structure is extremely inequitable. Leadership rakes it in most years while mid-low level employees get very little. Leadership is quite happy where theyre at and dont usually work very hard, so opportunities to move up are low. Also lots of culty vibes.
