Flexible schedule, great clinical experience, collaboration with licensed clinicians, opportunity for fun and creative sessions with kids, supervisors are very helpful

Have to be on call from 8am-8pm and work most evenings. You design your schedule around your families, and there are often a lot of cancellations and rescheduling. Lots of driving as well.
