Pros
Point blank, if you like working for a company with lots of changes and for people who are ABSOLUTELY clueless, then this company is for you. I'm going to say the only "pro" is if you are lucky to get a good boss, you have flexibility to work from home and work typically hours of a 9-5.
Cons
Let's break it down - LOTS of change! I've personally moved my desk so many times I am starting to believe this is musical chairs/soul survivor. - The higher the title you have, the more of a bullet that you have on your back, meaning that if you make more $$, they are more likely to at some point push you out the door. I've seen it happen over and over again with the re-org changes and they are pushing people out if you make too much - The new management is terrible and they are extremely selfish. If you like to work for people who never like to collaborate or ask for any advice except their own, then again, this is the company for you. - If you are a coordinator position, you are not eligible for a bonus, no matter how hard you work. If you are looking for a company where they appreciate you for your hard work, again I wouldn't recommend sticking around here.
