It is disappointing to hear these comments. It doesn't reflect the philosophies of WesleyLife or the leadership team. The front line team are the hands and feet of our organization. Without each one of you, we can't continue to serve people on our campuses or in the community. First and foremost at WesleyLife is our commitment to ethical practices - for our team and the people we serve. We hold ourselves to the highest levels of compliance in all aspects of our work. And we work to be transparent in our actions and in our communications. It's always important to look at all sides of a situation and understand the entire story. In this particular situation, there was a significant amount of effort made to listen to your concerns and find an appropriate answer. Some of the answers required research and the involvement of others which caused us to need a little time and an immediate answer couldn't be given. Had you stayed with us until we could find and communicate that decision, I believe we would have reached a reasonable and positive solution. WesleyLife works very hard to be fair and responsive to team member concerns. Yes, we sometimes could do better. When these types of concerns come up, it's always best when both sides work together and not against one another to problem solve and communicate. That's what WesleyLife will continue to try to do.

Pros

Good PTO benefits at the Director level: 30 days off a year. Good and affordable healthcare plan for you,

Cons

Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
