Pros

1. Free Snacks 2. Early releases on Holidays

Cons

1. Micromanagement culture 2. Younger employees’ perspectives are often undervalued 3. Limited consideration of input from seniors and staff 4. Lack of diversity I was with the organization for a little over two years. As a Gen Z employee, I often felt that my input was not taken seriously. During my time there (2.3 years), approximately 15 individuals left the team, which speaks to the broader challenges within the work environment.

Thank you for your review and positive commentary about our company’s culture and people. Regarding your compensation, we continually review our pay and benefits to ensure that we are competitive with our industry peers. We also strive to ensure our salary adjustments are performance based. That being said, we always welcome feedback on what we can do to improve our Total Rewards program. We encourage you to share that feedback with your manager or HR representative.
