4yThank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’ve worked hard to keep our benefit costs as low as possible, recognizing that it is a highly valued part of our total compensation package. Offering generous vacation time is another way we reward our people for their hard work, and we're glad you're pleased with this offering, too. Flexible scheduling is something our people told us is important to them, so we have begun offering flexible schedules, including compressed workweeks and the option to work a day each week from home, in positions where it’s appropriate. While the response has been overwhelmingly positive thus far, we appreciate your thoughts on how we can improve it further.
