Pros

Reasonable health care costs with a high HSA company contribution for HDHP, company paid basic life insurance and both short- and long-term disability, the company recently added a week of vacation for almost all positions, the company is growing quickly and has a good future in front of it, I enjoy my job

Cons

The deal-breaker almost causing me to look for a job elsewhere and making it so I cannot recommend applying here: an incredibly inflexible executive attitude in relation to work from home/remote work for non-customer facing positions (just read other reviews). Although the company recently announced a "flexible" work schedule, it is really anything but as salaried employees are allowed one WFH day per week. ONE. Extremely underwhelming and well below industry standards, especially considering the downtown office location, the insane and ever increasing gas prices and traffic, and how the company posted historic gains (due to the hard work of the employees) when those same employees were working 100% WFH for months after COVID initially appeared. Managers have even implemented additional restrictions on the "flexible" schedule that make it even less of a benefit. Also, the educational reimbursement is $2,600, half the industry standard.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’ve worked hard to keep our benefit costs as low as possible, recognizing that it is a highly valued part of our total compensation package. Offering generous vacation time is another way we reward our people for their hard work, and we're glad you're pleased with this offering, too. Flexible scheduling is something our people told us is important to them, so we have begun offering flexible schedules, including compressed workweeks and the option to work a day each week from home, in positions where it’s appropriate. While the response has been overwhelmingly positive thus far, we appreciate your thoughts on how we can improve it further. Should you wish to share any additional feedback, please reach out to your local HR representative.
