      Global company with opportunities to learn a lot about business and operations.

      Cons

      Exceptionally poor leadership from the CEO down. There are constant changes in strategic direction with the lack of infrastructure, resources and follow-through to recognize any level of success.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.
