Pros

Work from home anytime, flexible working hours, supportive management, prospective career development.

Cons

Windows OS everywhere. Company has huge distribution of responsibility, everyone wants to appear they know everything, nobody makes any definitive statements and it's always meeting to schedule another meeting. As developer who needs clear definitions, it can be a nightmare.

We also recommend reaching out to your manager to discuss your experience or using other avenues like answering our monthly WU Listens survey or by emailing us at careers@westernunion.com where everything you share will be confidential.
