Pros

Health insurance, friendly work environment, mostly young and talented employees. Self-development, career opportunities.

Cons

The job itself is repetitive, there is no possibility to get a fixed schedule. Very bad life-work balance, it can damage employee's health. I Wouldn't recommend to work at one department any longer than 9 months, you can simply become a robot.
