Pros

This company is full of many great people who want to do quality work. They offer a solid benefit package (PTO, Medical, 401k). Good work/life integration.

Cons

Disorganized at the highest levels. Worked at the company for 5 years. There was at least one corporate reorg. and focus change per year -could count on at least one lay-off wave every year. Despite touting collaboration, the organization continues to have a very siloed approach to working. Political territory wars and stonewalling make effective collaboration nearly impossible. This is a global company - as such, communications need to be suited for consumption by many different cultures. As a result communications come across as sterile and lacking any kind of meaningful connection for fear of offending someone. Limited career advancement or mobility.

Thank you so much for leaving a review. We love all the pros that you mentioned! We’re lucky to have such passionate people around the world who are helping us move money for better. Our people do so much for the company, and so we also strive to provide benefits like paid time off and medical insurance as our way of thanking them for all the work they do and so they can achieve work-life balance. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience regarding reorganization and career growth. We are in the middle of a very transformative time, changing the way we work to deliver a better customer experience and drive growth for the company while striving to provide opportunities based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. We appreciate all feedback from current and former employees, and we’ll share your review with the appropriate teams as we continue to drive positive change in the organization.
