Despite touting collaboration, the organization continues to have a very siloed approach to working. Political territory wars and stonewalling make effective collaboration nearly impossible. This is a global company - as such, communications need to be suited for consumption by many different cultures. As a result communications come across as sterile and lacking any kind of meaningful connection for fear of offending someone. Limited career advancement or mobility.
