Pros

Benefits are insane - great PTO, good Bonus plan (if financial targets are met), tuition reimbursement, etc. Good team members, great location, relaxed-but-still-professional atmosphere. Amazingly good work/life balance.

Cons

As with any for-profit corporation, quarterly earnings and re-orgs put most teams on edge and in fear of layoffs. We have just turned the corner from a major transformation/re-org effort, and it seems to be paying off, but it doesn't eliminate the fear of layoffs if we have a bad quarter.

Pros

Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

Cons

The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

Pros

Understand that traditional remittances are dying

Cons

Not enough resources available to drive transformation. Legacy tech. Outdated systems, processes. Too much work expected per employee.
